1, Hot Air System


● Full-process three-layer rectification high-temperature copper plate full-circulation hot air system and turbocharged multi-point jet technology to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace, good anisotropy in each temperature zone, and no heat generated by refraction when the plate surface is heated, no shadows.
● Fundamentally improved heating efficiency. Fast and efficient thermal compensation performance, especially suitable for the perfect welding of BGA, CSP, QFP and other components and multi-layer circuit boards such as computer motherboards and mobile phone boards. The adjacent temperature zones are not in series.
● Up and down independent heating module, independent hot air circulation, double welding zone or three welding zone setting.
● Due to the modular design of each temperature zone, the high temperature long axis hot air motor and high energy nickel chrome heating wire are easy to maintain and maintain.

 

2, Transportation System


● Symmetrical double-slot guide rail, high temperature resistance, no deformation, and low thermal inertia. Standard and net chain synchronous iso-speed parallel transport, optional double rail transport, or a central support system.
● Widening adopts a four-toothed coaxial widening structure to ensure parallel guide rails, prevent the occurrence of off-board and cardboard, no cleaning, and easy adjustment. The widening operation can be performed both automatically and manually.
● Computer-controlled automatic refueling system, which can automatically refuel according to transportation speed and machine status, and the flow can be adjusted.
● The automatic adjustment system adopts closed-loop PID control, which can automatically adjust to the required width according to the parameters input by the computer, and the accuracy can reach 0.2mm.

 

3, Cooling and Flux Recovery System


● The forced cooling system uses two or three stages of forced air cooling to meet the lead-free process; the cooling curve is smooth, with no abrupt change, and sufficient heat exchange, and the cooling rate can reach up to -5 °C / S.
● There is an independent flux collection system in Zone 4-8, which can keep the furnace clean and protect the exhaust gas more environmentally friendly. The gas separated by the nitrogen furnace can be recycled to save nitrogen.
● No filter design, easy to clean.

 

4, Nitrogen System (optional)


● Fully sealed nitrogen protection system, N2 consumption is negligible. When the nitrogen consumption is 15-20 m3, the weld zone can reach an oxygen concentration below 500 PPM.
● The internal circulation cooling system ensures that nitrogen can be filtered and recycled, further reducing nitrogen consumption.
● Nitrogen flow control and oxygen analysis system panel design, easy to observe and adjust.

 

5, Control System


● The control system adopts Mitsubishi PLC, and the upper computer adopts a Lenovo computer with Windows XP operating system and a 17-inch LCD monitor, which is stable and reliable.
● The control software is powerful, with flexible process parameter control and temperature curve test function. The Chinese and English operation interface can be switched at any time.
● Adopt WOGO terminal block; all electrical components are imported brands, and all signal lines are shielded.
● Temperature module self-tuning, cold junction automatic compensation, temperature control at ±1 °C
