Non-stop Recognition by Flying Vision System

Equipped with 5 high-definition digital vision alignment cameras to guarantee high accuracy on-the-fly mode. 

Refers to the function recognizing parts without stopping during movement after part pickup using HCT's own 'On-the-Fly' image recognition technology. It maximizes part placement speed by making the recognition time zero.

Automatic nozzle change function to ensure the speed of different sizes of components. 

Highest applicability of high-speed chip mounters to LED DOB high components.
